Small crystals in vial of trimix

ive had my vial of trimix for about a month and a half. Ive always kept it refrigerated besides once i left it out overnight. But its since been refrigerated and ive notices tiny crystals in the vial when i shake it. They almost look like little hairs. Is this bad? Ive still used it and it works the same

Born 1948, wed 1969. BPH & Type II Diabetes at age 35. TURP-2002; ED even before that--diabetes. Cardiac valve surgery: 2007 & 2019. Poor results with pills. Started trimix injections in Nov, 2010. Great results from the very beginning.
