From my experience with pain after ejaculation, it turned out to be prostatitis. I had to go to my doctor and they checked my prostrate. I had to go on heavy antibiotics for several weeks. This was way before I had bad ED problems. I was around 47 or 48 and only had to take lower mg of Viagra or Cialis to get a good erection.
