I need to use the restroom every hour now. Never did I before- I’m 31 and pretty athletic. Now it’s like I can’t hold my bow movements and have little to no core strength.
Anyone know how I can fix this without surgery or if it’s even able to be fixed? It’s getting worse every year

I too experienced the Pee problem. However, it was only temporary. I seemed to have to pee every hour or so. Never had this problem before surgery. Even had my URO to test my urine for any bacteria or other issues. All tests came back NEGATIVE. Then all of a sudden, things went back to normal. So from a Pee stand point, you are not by yourself. However, I would consult your URO for a test and feedback to be certain. This Penis Implant stuff is NEW to most of us and anything is possible. I rather error on the side of caution. Good luck.

Has a doctor diagnosed this condition as being somehow related to your implant history?
I’m not a doctor. Don’t plan to go to med school at age 68. Everything associated with my implant has gone well so I have no historical knowledge of problems to draw on.
Urination is one thing. I can see how having 2 cylinders inside a dick instead of actual tissue could change the feelings therein and somehow cause differences in the way urination feels, put pressure on various nerves making it feel like you need to go or somehow mask those nerves until you really need to go very badly. Nerves and pressure on them can do strange things.
The bowels are something else altogether. Right after surgery when you’re taking pain meds? For sure that can cause the deluxe case of constipation. But the presence of an inactive implant or to be in between implants? Something doesn’t sound quite right.
Frequent urination in males can be a warning sign for diabetes among other maladies. Go get checked out, have them do a blood sugar for sure.
Lack of energy and loss of strength/muscle tone also often accompanies blood sugar issues, both diabetes & hypoglycemia. Time to get some blood work done for sure.

Age 68. Physically fit educated red neck in Texas. Very married. 23 cm (18+5) of LGX installed by Dr. Bryan Kansas 12/31/2019. I fought the ED and my wife & I won. I’m either full of shit or sound advice. You decide which.

From what i read, this is likely due to tension / tight muscles. Wether the implant caused the tightness or not, is not really important now.
I think should look into yoga / stretching / deepbreathing to relax and stretch the muscles in your pelvic floor and abdomen. There is a lot of information on how to fix issues like yours on reddit for example.
imo, definetly don't do surgery to try and fix it.
