soft glans, implant with VED??

Hello all, I'm suffering from soft glans syndrome. I understand that an implant can't do anything when it comes to soft glans. This means if I get an implant it will only be effective for half my erectile issues, the corpus spongiosum and glans with stay soft and deflated. I saw a video of Dr. Clavell talking about using pills, suppositories or a VED with constriction ring to solve this issue with the implant. So my question is: has anyone had success with using a VED with a constriction ring to reverse soft glans with the implant?
