2 weeks post op, Dr. Kohler

I have 22cm coloplast Titan with 1cm RTE, 2 weeks ago, I am about 5" at 50% inflated. I was about 6" pre surgery, and wondering if at 100% inflated if that length will improve. Girth is about the same, even at 50% inflation, maybe 1/8" less. With aggressive cycling I wonder how much time it will take and how long I could reach in inches? 13 cm distal length 10 cm proximal with 125cc reservoir. The tips of the implant seem to be in the right spot, about 1/2 inch away from the very tip of my head, at 50% inflated. Not sure exactly what to expect, the doctor told me after surgery I was the same measurement before and after implant, I just hope I can get to my pre surgery length, I know it might be too early to tell. From everything I researched Dr. Kohler is a high implant and very qualified surgeon.

This is a difficult question to answer. As far as measurements go there is the location of the incision that has a bit to do with this. Not a lot but a little. The Titan does not expand as much as the LGX but it will expand a little. I would follow your doctors' instructions and cycle as much as you can as per those instructions, and I would think you should get close to your 6" pre op. I had gains out past a year but that was with a LGX so not really something to compare to. Maybe some others with Titans will post. Good luck and remember to follow your doctors instructions for you. No need to use someone else's instructions by another doctor.

Thank you, I had read on this site Dr. Kohler was one of the surgeons to go to. I have seen people post with the Titan they have made gains, I'm hoping I do. I can't cycle for another 4 weeks. I had penoscrotal incision.

I can't say if cycling works or not. Never knew I was supposed to cycle, doc just told me to "go use it."
At 5 months post I found FT. Started reading, and reading, and reading. Then I learned about and started cycling, and hour or more every day. Kept a check on my measurements weekly. After 3 months my gain was 1/16". Most of my weekly numbers were the same. At 9 months I quit inflating except for sex.
The last time I measured was at 4 years post. I have gained another 1/16".
