Any hopes for sensation?
I’m 26. Super suicidal. My problem happened to me when I was 20 after prone masturbation and an occasion of jelqing. I felt pain and burning sensation in the lower base of my penis where it attaches to scrotum and ever since I lost most of sensation, Libido instantly fell and got worse year by year and as of now I have close to none libido. I can see that the skin of my scrotum is kinda damaged that it no longer contracts as before.. it’s like my scrotum is pushed backward and it has become smaller. If I stimulate too hard I might get a little sensation which is about 10 or 8% of what it used to be. I’m super suicidal 24/7. Hearing about the implant gave me some hope but then again but then again I am only concerned of the sensation part. Is there any hopes for that to improve or return to how it used to be?

No not yet but I’m only 26

Have you gone to a doctor about this?
I'm wondering if you injured nerves or maybe any of the cords that attach the testes to the seminal vesicles
How is your ejaculation?
I don't want to disappoint, but implants don't improve sensation unless the sensation loss is due to not getting or staying hard enough

Born 6/15/74. I have substantial venous leak with fairly severe hour-glassing, but no hard plaques. My urologist is sexual health expert Dr. Laurence Levine who performed a Doppler Ultrasound and diagnosed me with VL in 2020. I also have mild BPH

I’ve seen 4 doctors they didn’t help much and couldn’t find anything.
I’m afraid of the same. There had been days that I felt all normal after masturbation but morning would is all gone away since.. I think I would never know unless I have the implant. My ejaculation is not good either ever since.. watery and weak

You should get testosterone levels checked if possible

I’ll try to do that. I just read your story. Seems like you gone through the same. Did the sensation get any better for you after you got the implant?
I know now that I should be searching for the word jelqing in implant forum
