Trimix gel

Has anyone here had experience with drinking gel? I have soft glans syndrome, my glans rarely gets hard during sex, which is unusual for my age. I'm only 30. The pills don't do anything, just cause side effects. I've heard of Vitaros, but the side effects put me off. I'm from Europe and have only heard of it.

I've been looking for Trimix gel as well...but couldn't find it online. Would be great if it worked and is available bc injecting needle is NOT fun.
