Three month update

Postby LetoMan » Thu Aug 22, 2024 5:08 pm

Gents,

It’s been three months since I was implanted. I thought I would give an update on what it’s been like to all you guys out there trying to figure out what is in store for you if you go down this path.

Month 1: Recovery! I was super swollen and bruised after surgery. It was a horror show. Two weeks in it started to get better, but it was rough those first two weeks. My advice: expect the worst and get compression shorts. And just ride it out… it’s gonna be fine!

Month 2: I started off by playing with my pump and inflating to a hard-on, but not being able to find the deflate button! So I had an erection for a week. With my hematoma going down, I began to masturbate. Everything worked. My hematoma is still with me 90 days later, is currently about the size of a golf ball (it started out like a softball).

Month 3: Finally got to put my bionic cock to work and had the greatest month of my life. I had pre-arranged dates with a good number of women during a trip to Latin America. I started with a threesome with a pair of super hot teenagers. Mind boggling. My dick worked just fine, I came three times in one night as I used the “just keep fucking after cumming” technique to keep on going. If you want the full story, I put a full post up about that weekend, you can find it in my profile. It was amazing! I sorta fell in love with one of the girls, and flew her to spend a weekend in another city, then came back to see her at the end of my trip. I was with her a total of 6 nights. The other girl I was with a total of three nights. I also had sex with about a half-dozen other women. Not a single one detected the pump.

Overall, here are the things I’ve learned:

Patience: Man, it seemed in those early days like it was a dumb decision. I thought my swollen bruised Johnson was never gonna get better. But two months later I had the greatest month of my life. And it’s just gonna get better. Patience! Whatever you are going through will work itself out.

Confidence: for a life-long ED sufferer like me, having sex with eight different women in a month was almost out of the question. I can’t tell you how much confidence I gained from having a rock hard dick. A friend on my guys group chat asked me “how did you suddenly turn into Hugh Hefner?” I didn’t tell him it was because of my implant, but the confidence I developed played out in lots of unexpected ways. A few of my dates were duds, but I had a pretty high success rate in getting women into bed! I attribute a lot of that to a changed approach with women… when you know in advance that you will not be apologizing later that night for failing to get it up, you are freed up to be the confident man you always wanted to be.

Size: Cycling works! After surgery I was smaller than my “remembered” size from my teens/twenties. But I was bigger than my last pill-induced boner before surgery. I didn’t measure it, but I took a picture. After surgery I started at 5 1/4 inches, and about 5 inches girth. I’ve been cycling and having a lot of sex since. A few nights ago I measured at 5 3/4 length and 5 1/4 girth. Cycling works!

Orgasms: I’m definitely having ups and downs with cumming. The down is that it is hard to cum, I almost can’t from vaginal stimulation, I need hard and fast hand stimulation on my shaft to cum. On the upside, some of my orgasms are very powerful and intense, and have shot ropes of cum (perhaps due to lecithin and zinc supplements). I am also having “phantom” orgasms where it feels like I have a light orgasm, but I don’t ejaculate. I chalk all this up to needing to get used to my new equipment.

Final thoughts: Goddamnit I love my implant. Should have gotten it years ago. If you are letting concerns like loss of size and how women react as impediments to getting one, that is silly. ED causes loss of size, and ED makes women treat you wierd. If it’s time for an implant, it’s time. Do it! I can’t tell you how good it has been for me, and after only a month of using it!

Happy fucking, fellas!

Thanks for sharing your experience! I’m only a week or so out from my surgery so I’m still at the painful stage of recovery and not sure if this was all worth it. Can’t wait to be able to use it, not only to have confidence back in the bedroom but outside of it too and interact with people in a better way.
