Wearing the penis up after surgery

I'm about 2 weeks post revision from Titan to AMS, my surgeon told me to wear it pointed up in my underwear. I should've asked this but anyone know how long to point it up? Like I said it's been almost 2 weeks and it'd be a big relief to be able to start letting it hang normally in underwear.

For me it was two and a half weeks keeping my penis pointing up; once I had my follow-up appointment it was truly a relief for it was partial inflated (60%) until that time. Now, almost 7 months post op I have been cycling every day and have become more and more comfortable with my implant.

More than one year after surgery, I still point it up or at least horizontal/side ways.

After surgery, mine was partially inflated. I had to keep it pointed straight up for 3 weeks. My doctor let it down at my 3-week follow-up.
