I'm a new user here, I don't want to disclose to many details about me with online-strangers without knowing them first, I hope you will be able to understand me on this one. But for refference I'm a male above 30 years old and I like helping people even if it's just a little bit, I want to see if I can also help anyone around here

73, ED 25+ yrs, 2 Prostate surgeries. can't ejaculate, but great Orgasms
Tried Viagra, TRIMIX, CaverJet Inj, then nothing worked. Contacted another Urologist, Dr Kansas, Austin TX. Implanted an AMS700LGX: 18cm x 12mm w/2cm rte, 3/26/24.
So far so good.
