Inflating multiple times during sex

Hello everyone,

I did my surgery back in 2015. AMS 700 3 pieces. Everything was normal until couple of years ago. I can still perform but I have to inflate multiple times during sex. And even when inflating, it doesnt feel that rock hard erection like before.
But still, I can perform and enjoy and my wife. Not complaining, it's even a nightmare to think of what was happening before the implant .

Have anyone faced that? Anyone know if that can be fixed? Or should I start accepting the fact that the implant is wearing off?

Note: I have moved outfrom the country where I did my surgery and now I live on the other side of the planet, so it's not easy reaching out to the surgeon.

9 years!! Probably worn out or stretched out all it can and possibly was a tad bit undersized to start with, who knows. Either way if it’s loosing pressure it’s time to get revision!! I just hope I can get 9 years out of mine!!
