I met with 2 different experienced surgeons, and both mentioned that their patients with the Tactra/Rigi10 weren't happy because it’s too stiff, doesn’t bend, and feels uncomfortable. This feedback came from patients about 6 months or less post surgery.

Now, the big question is: Are American surgeons not skilled at sizing appropriately and placing malleables like the Brazilians, Egyptians and Indians, or will these patients eventually adjust and be happier after the 1st year, once they get used to it and the implant settles? Or could it be that these surgeons are just pushing Coloplast Genesis malleable because of business ties? I’m still trying to figure it all out.

After an implant lots of nerves have been jangled around, and they take a long time to heal. Having an orgasm may take longer to achieve for a while until healing is complete. If you had good orgasms prior to implant they should return.
Anything you could do with your penis before you should be able to do again after healed. (masturbation, sex, vibrator, oral, etc) The best part is it will never go soft.

For me it was the same pre op vs post op, i think if you could cum before with a vibrator it should work after. The glands took the longest to become pain free, 2 months+. But after the pain subsides you should be good to go.
