Ligament cut?

Has anyone had a ligament cut done before after or during the implant process?

I’ve always had a long penis and never been able to get an erection upright. I suspect my unusual length and thin girth contributed to it.

I always heard it was possible to get the suspensory ligament cut to increase by a little length, but it would never be able to stand up when erect again. I always wanted more length and considered talking to doctor about it at one point but then gave up the idea.

I asked the same question recently.
Plastic surgeon I talked to online said I would gain about I think he said about an inch. Told him I was going to have to get the implant and trying to get back length.
He told me to talk to the urologist to make sure it did not complicate things.
Was told the penis just flips downward while standing up.
I noticed if you watch porn most of the larger guys penis just points downward.
I figured that the implant would make it stick outward.
Like normal.
I did ask the Dr.
Urologist told it would not get any length out of having the ligaments cut.
Next time I see him I was going to ask the urologist again.

I would only get this performed by a urologist not a plastic surgeon.

The medical term for this procedure is "Suspensory Ligament Release." I'm mentioning it in case it helps with further research to understand the risks and benefits.

I really doubt that you'll get any length increase. The method they use to measure you during surgery takes into account all of the available penis. Doesn't matter if its erect, hanging down or in your pelvic area. It all gets measured. Only after this measuring is your implant length selected. I think anyone telling you differently doesn't know how implants are sized.
