Hi there. I have been considering an implant for a while now, my erectile dysfunction is not responsive to anything else and I think realistically an implant is the only solution.
Before I continue I should mention my situation is fairly unique. I have had radical pelvis surgery which caused the erectile dysfunction. I only have half a pelvis now which obviously presents unique challenges for getting a penile implant. Because of this I want to make sure I get only the very best doctor within the UK. Money is not an issue.
I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations?

Re: UK Doctors
Dr Ralph consistently gets best reviews in uk he’s the only one I’d consider.
If money no object, why not travel to US where there is a much better chance of matching to a specialist with expertise appropriate to your needs

Re: UK Doctors
I've had an incredibly rare surgery, the sort that happens less than 20 times a year worldwide with most of those people not surviving for too long afterwards. I am unable to find a single instance of anyone with my injury receiving a penile implant and it's entirely possible I will be the first case of it happening. There are no experts.
I could travel to the US, but would rather stay in the UK for two reasons. Firstly is simply that traveling is painful for me (you try and sit with only half a pelvis). Second is that at least in the UK the doctors should have access to my medical records and be able to gain some understanding of what has happened to me and how my anatomy has changed.
Anyway, I'll look into Dr Ralph. Even London is incredibly far for me to travel but if I have to I can probably suffer through it.

Re: UK Doctors
Just an update. Have been recommended a Mr Gordon in the UK. He does over 100 implants a year, trained under Dr Ralph and his reviews are for the most part 5/5s. He is also about an hours drive away instead of a brutal 5 hour drive.
Anyone here got any experiences with Mr Gordon?
