We Americans have been able to discuss sex straightforwardly on public media for several decades now, in part due to Dr. Ruth's 1980s radio show on which she gave frank sex advice to callers, using a correct vocabulary, in technical violation of the Federal Communications Commission's "dirty words" list. We Frank Talkers are free to discuss penises, vaginas, orgasms, etc., over a medium open to anyone, something which was not possible in most of the twentieth century.
Ruth Westheimer died this summer, aged 96.

Age 79 in 2024. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.
