Guide for using trimix for beginners
1- choose the location - you want to stay away from the last quarter at the bottom of your shaft, and away from the glans. The middle half is where you want to inject
2- contrary to what you read online on some guides, the best point to inject is two o'clock or ten o'clock on the position you chose in step one. (like your hands' position on a car steering wheel)
3- feel manually your cavernous tissue, and ideally be sexually stimulated so that it becomes fuller and more palpable.
4- disinfect the point with alcohol wipes, and prepare your dose in a syringe ideally 30G 5/16 inch long
5- Go exactly perpendicular, your needle should point exactly the same way you put your hand on a car steering wheel at a 2 or 10 o'clock
6- Stretch your penis glans to make the skin thin, and get the corporal tissue as close as possible to the needle (that way it'll be very difficult to miss). Support your pinky on your leg and hold it like a dart, then go slowly and push the needle hub slightly into the skin after the needle goes all in, then adjust your fingers and rest the syringe on your thigh and inject slowly.
7- Massage your penis non stop for 3 minutes
8- You should notice a partial or full erection depending on your response. A partial erection isn't a bad thing, since when you get sexually stimulated it'll engorge fully to a 90 or 100 percent.
9- If you see no response, don't reinject and try again after 24 hours
Note: if you are squeamish about injecting yourself, apply Emla anesthetic cream for 15 minutes along with a transparent adhesive dressing. Wash it off after fifteen minutes, and injection should be very mildly painful

Re: Guide for using trimix for beginners
everyone is different but i have not been injecting for almost 3 years and am up to 367 injections. you can inject all up and down the shaft. my Uro started my injections right under the glans. from there i started injecting all the way down to right at the base where the constriction ring from the VED that i use to plump up to make it even easier to find a suitable area to inject. i have also injected in areas from 1-5 and 7-11 o'clock positions. as long as you are doing your best to visually inspect the area for injection. even the best observation for injection site will sometimes nick a vein as some are deeper under the skin and not entirely visible. using a VED helps so much. it makes the area and skin so much easier for injecting that i have not injected without one since the 4th injection. it helps in not having to stretch the skin and you can feel both layers easier. i do use pressure while massaging the injection area for a few minutes. most times you will see and notice the results pretty easy and right away. if not it usually only takes about 5-10 minutes for it to really kick in. needle lengths also are different as well. i use the 5/16 and 1/2 needles. i dont have to go as deep with the 1/2 needles but both work fine dependent on your technique. it did take about 10-15 injections to really come up with a good technique and i have not changed anything since. at first, yes, i only used it with 48 hours inbetween injections but as i progressed i started using it more often as both the wife and I wanted more awesome sex. most times i try to have at least 24 hours in between injections but on a few occasions i have injected twice in one day. this is just my experience and i dont advocate anyone to do what I have done. i have had only about 5 misfires the entire time i have been injecting and those were at the start. i have not had any since. erections will also last longer than you might expect depending on amount used and your state of ED. i have had plenty of erections that have lasted between 4-5 hours. they were not painful and did subside eventually. i have sudafed that i read on this forum and have used it out of fear but all my long erections subside and, again, I have not had the super hard painful erections that some have reported but i have not had any real fear that i have to go to the ER. it is a learning process and everything that i have learned, i learned here. at first i read to not inject more than once every 48 hours, to not inject near the glans or base but i have it has worked. if you use injections long enough you will find what works for you and what does not. take your time and having a super supportive wife or SO helps so much. we have been having the best sex of our lives and hope to continue to for many more years to come. if an impant is in my future, then so be it. take care and i hope this helps any new users.
