I had a battery-operated pump, purchased through MD Anderson in association with radical prostatectomy. It has stopped working. It is away for warranty repair. Happy to report back on that later.
Meawhile, in order to keep up my VED routine, I purchased a manual pump. Erecaid "MOS."
The instructions clearly say "do not use pump in or near water." But I don't see why it would be an issue with the fully manual (no batteries anywhere) pump. And using it in the shower seems like a logical thing to do.
Thoughts?

Have tried several manual pumps in the shower. Never an Erecaid. Mostly cheaper ebay/Amazon types. Not one of them lasted more than a couple of months. The ones with some sort of gauge had the gauge fail early on and in 2 cases resulted in the pump no longer producing any vacuum. The pumping mechanism failed in the others. I don't think they are designed to be water proof.
On the other hand, my Bathmate has lasted for years and continues to work.
