I was oversized with the right cylinder being about 1 cm too long. Peyronies curvature correction is the priority, sometimes there is a pinching sensation at the base of the shaft by a tubing connector - I can feel it specifically right there. I still haven’t even used this thing yet and it’s been over six months now. I’m wondering if a revision would be better instead of just going in to replace a cylinder? People on this forum talk about the Titan as though it’s amazing. There’s little differences I keep reading about between the Titan and the AMS 700 CX. And sometimes It’s the little differences that can really matter.

I had Dr Avila at Ironwood Urology in Ahwatukee.
He sized me perfectly and I believe that's the most important thing.
I'm sure he's a high volume surgeon, but he flies under the radar.
I live in Tempe.
86 years
Inject testosterone weekly.
Implant on 1/22/19 by Dr Avila.
Scrotal, hor. incision just over 1"
18cm AMS 700 CX, 3.5cm RTE 100cc res
Gleason 6 prostate cancer. Monitoring it for now.
Update: On my last biopsies the cancer wasn't found.
