I just wrote a lengthy post and for some reason it was deleted. So, not wanting to write all that again, I will quickly cut to the chase -- PT-141 has for me been a miracle med for glans engorgement! I had tried all other means of achieving that -- ALL means suggested in this Forum and elsewhere.

It has a very delayed effect but then lasts a full day! It engorges to the max possible -- I have taken comparative before/after photos and been amazed.

I’ve not heard of PT-141. Is it an injectable or topical? Does it last long enough for sex?

Injectable and nasal spray though injections reported to be much more effective. It will last long enough to have sex till your unit falls off.

I’ve been using it and it works great. No side effects for me. My implant was damaged by a UROFILL provider in Peoria and while I wait till February to get my revision. I have to get the Laser treatment for my prostate first in December or January.

I’m injecting 3mg subcutaneously and around 6-7 hours it hits me and I’m horny for two days. I get a good stiff boner because of it with some cialis. Once it kicked in after we have sex and I used a VED and a Xialla cock ring for a useable cock. Only good for oral and doggystyle. I’m engorged for at least 24 hours afterwards.

What variant of PT-141 are you using, Internet supplier that you mix or with an Rx and a compounding pharmacy? (I've done both, plus branded Vyleesi.)

Maybe a stupid question, but is glans engorgement distinct from overall erection of the penis? Do you get both with PT-141?

3mg is interesting. The most I've done is 2mg. Did you see a big difference in effectiveness between 3mg and lesser doses?

I've been researching PT-141 but want to ask a question. It's a needle injection in your lower abdomen. How do you know where your reservoir is for your implant and not puncture it with the needle?

I’ll respond to the question directed at me vs Howling. . To begin with, it’s only about a 3/4 inch needle, I inject even with or a bit higher than my belly button. First I pinch some fat together then inject at a 45 degree angle into the fat. So there there is no pain would be zero chance of hitting the reservoir.

responding to can'tgetitoff: I am using an internet supplier -- they send me a substance in a vial and I mix it with water. Total = $76 inc shipping for 10 mg vial = makes about 5 doses if you use 2 mg per dose. If you use more or less ,you can do the math. btw, I am getting 24 hours of effect from it!
