Titan on Oct 28. By Dr Tajkarimi. After clearing a uti I was cleared for sexual activity 5 weeks to the day after surgery. When fully pumped my bionic dick is about inch shorter and 1/2 inch less in girth. Hoping this will change as time goes on. First time sex was a little sore and I couldn’t cum. Hopefully growing pains !! Dr Taj never mentioned the exercises I believe from dr perito (sp), do they help? Anyone have any advice?

I don't have the same model implant as you but there are a lot of similarities with healing and cycling. Follow your doctors protocol with cycling, at 6 weeks I could barely get in 10 pumps and now at 3 years out I can get in around 30 pumps after the tissue is fully stretched.
I waited till week 8 to have sex and it was painful for me and I still had numbness.
It gets better every week the pain and sex.
My doctor's protocol was inflate to the max twice a day in the shower for 20 minutes each time.
I also did extra cycling in the warm bath tub. I would pump up to 70 percent and bend up, down and side to side for 5 minutes and then I would pump up to the max and see how long I could go without lots of discomfort. It's sort of like perito's exercise, I couldn't bend mine at all pumped to the max and it hurt too much. Yes, I was short too, I was around 5 inches at 6 week with about the same girth as you and after 3 to 4 months, I was back at 6 to 6 1/4 inches with 5.5 inches of girth.

I was also an inch short with my titan at first. By 6 months it was 3/4” back and the rest finally came around by 10 months. Very gradual. I did however gain about a 1/4” in girth over any thing I can remember. Was using a VED prior to implant and some time after a year I tried it just for fun and couldn’t get it in but about half way. Too much girth. Wife says she can really tell the girth is more especially when giving a BJ. She loves it!! Time will make it all good!!
