How much do you follow the RULES of ED?

How much do you follow the rules of ED?
    Reduce sugar intake
    Reduce alchohol consumption
    Don't smoke
    Reduce the intake of fatty & greasy foods

I mean given the fact that we stick a needle in our members to give us an instant erection, how necessary do you think it is to abide by these rules?

If nothing else, I'd adopt those suggested lifestyle changes in order to live long enough to enjoy those erections. Besides, heart attacks, strokes, and lung cancer don't bode well for hot sex. Just sayin'.

Born 1948, wed 1969. BPH & Type II Diabetes at age 35. TURP-2002; ED even before that--diabetes. Cardiac valve surgery: 2007 & 2019. Poor results with pills. Started trimix injections in Nov, 2010. Great results from the very beginning.

I totally agree with Greg , except a couple of glasses of wine , or a couple of beers doesn't hurt .......a little wine between sessions in the hay is a good thing . Don't want to waste an injection ........get everything you can out of it .

As a diabetic, I have two reasons to abide by the Rules; however, I do cheat with an alcoholic beverage several times a week.

Diabetic
Pumping
Started Trimix injections 8/'11
