As most of us have experienced prior to any of our ED issues, as we become aroused and more stimulated blood flows into our penis as well as into our testicles. The result, our penis becomes erect and our testicles get large and firm.

I had my prostate removed in March 2023. Having to deal with the additional insult of my flaccid penis now being but a shadow of its former self, my limp buddy barely pokes it’s head out when it’s just hanging around. But recently I realize that my testicles have gotten smaller too. Maybe I just didn’t notice right away since my manhood is so small, I didn’t notice my balls are too.

Any other RP guys notice this too?
