Nick40, I don't have as much ejaculate as I did in my 20's,30's,40's and 50's but I do still have some even though I had a Rezum Postrate procedure.
What I do have left, does come out in dribbles most of the time when I'm pumped up to the max. I do think that the tubes restrict the urethra squeezing it, which restricts the ejaculate from shooting out like it use to.
But sometimes it does shoot out when I'm real horny and my wife will give me a hand job, I guess just more excited and the higher spasms make it shoot more.
