Men with titans, are the cylinder tips always fully inserted into your glans?

Even deflated my cylinder tips are sitting fully into my glans. How is it for you other men who have the Titan?

As long as you or your sex partners don’t have pain from them it sounds like you’re implanted well. Mine are a good halfway in to my glans and my doc said that’s how it should be to prevent floppy glans and to maximize length. I don’t think it’s always the case though as some surgeons are not as aggressive in sizing the implant.

Same for me. When i get a revision i'll tell the surgeon to put them only like 1/4 into my glans. Now they are a tiny bit over halfway, deflated and unaroused

Mine are fully in. I believe that when they say a high skilled surgeon knows how to give you the maximum benefit when fitting, thats what I got. At first post surgery it kinda freaked me a bit how I could feel the tips and was waiting for it to bust through the head of my penis when cycling but that never happened. After 2 years in no problems whatsoever. Perito Coloplast Titan.
