6 years with the implant and going strong. What to expect hereafter?

Postby FunGuy69 » Sat Apr 05, 2025 2:51 pm

Guys,
I have had the implant for almost 6 years. I am still enjoying it a lot. No issues.
It has been the best product I ever obtained in my life :-)
I would love to hear from the guys who had it for more than 6 years.

1. How long have you had the implant?

2. Have you noticed any reduction in performance of the implant or any wear and tear?
My doctor told me every year that there is no wear and tear and it will last the same duration whether you use it 2 times a day or 2 times a week. Do you agree?

3. Based on your experience, your doctor's opinion and what you have heard from other bionic men, how long do you expect it to last?
The duration my doctor mentioned was 6-12 years and that there is no way to predict its life.

Thanks a lot in advance!
61 years young. Reasonably fit. No health issues.
Used pills for 5+ years and Trimix for 6 years.
Implanted in May 2019 (AMS 700 LGX 18 cm x 12 mm w/3 cm RTE, MS pump).
