Getting used to the 24/7 bulge

Postby happycamper59 » Tue May 06, 2025 12:37 pm

I am almost one-year post-op. I have always been a grower, and now I am a shower (should that be show-er?). So this I must get used to.

I have been noticing women sometimes looking at the bulge now. Is it just me? Or is this really happening? Sometimes it just won't stay straight and uncomfortably slips to the side (I've always kept it straight up when in pants).

Hey, if they like to look and are not offended, so be it. For myself, I don't mind seeing cleavage or camel toe ... :D
ED worsened over 25 years, likely VL. Went through pills and injections, and results faded over time. Implant AMS 700CX, 21 cm, no RTE, on 6/3/24.

Yes happycamper, it does take some time to get used to the bulge. I've had a few females look. Same as I look at a nice butt or big boobs.
I'm a Happy Camper this month myself, got the trailer at the campground. Hoping to use my bulge for the first time in the camping bed!

what are your length deflated and inflated ?
LGX 18 + 1, 90 cc. 2023/12
Pre-OP VED length: 5.5". Post-OP: 4". At 3 months post-op: 5".
Cycling with a lot of pain for the first 5 months, now improving
If you have a motorcycle or a bike stop using it (ED with motorcycle accident).

I don't think I have ever measured my friend flaccid. I will have to report back on that.

The bulge is actually becoming one of my favourite features of my implant, even though it has no practical application!
I was also always a grower and only average size, so my flaccid dick was always unimpressive. Wow has that changed!
Also getting some looks, and even a smile or two, from younger women when out and about. Great for the self esteem :).
I'm often finding it difficult to position in my underwear, a problem I'll happily own.
Probably the only other downside is that the relative difference between flaccid and erect length is less than what it used to be.
It's still early on and I'm cycling diligently every day. Hopefully over time I'll make further gains when erect.
70 y.o. married from Sydney Oz. PC and nerve sparing RRP 2022, but still profound ED since. Tried pills, injections, shockwave therapy, VED. Finally implanted Mar 6 2025 AMS 700 LGX 21cm x 12mm, no RTEs, MS pump, Penoscrotal.
Now dealing with recovery.
