Has any one used cialis daily and trimix together any problems with erection lasting to long thinking i could cut back on amount of trimix I'm using 20 units of 30/1/25 trimix now

Urologists don't recommend mixing these two substances, but many men do. You should be aware of the risk of priapism. If you like to gamble, do it!

I do. 10mg Tadalafil daily + 30/3/20 x 1.5iu p.r.n.

Since I take a regular dose of Tadalafil, it gives me a constant baseline upon which the TriMix is titrated so this mitigates the possibility of a surprise overdose. Without the Tadalafil, I would expect I'd need a higher dose of Tri-Mix.

If directed to me, I don't have an answer because I was always on 10mg Tadalafil when I started!; which was 6 months ago.

My urologist prescribed daily cialis while I was on TriMix. I was already on a very large dose of TriMix and it wasn’t working that well anymore. It did give my TriMix a boost in its effectiveness but the result wasn’t dramatic.

What has the urologist that prescribed the TriMix said? Follow their instructions.

I’m not a doctor but if it were me I would experiment by cutting the Trimix dose in half and see the result. Then increase until you achieve the desired effect.

If you are worried about safety you could also ask for Viagra instead since its effect lasts about 4 hours instead of two days.

I have used Cialis since my Radical Pro. If I don't use it, my little dick begins to turtle. I use tri mix nearly every day and have tried not using Cialis for a week. I saw no difference in effectiveness. I don't get harder than a 7/10 even using 70 units, so I stay in the 6 to 15 range, depending on how long I want a noticeable dick, 2 to 4 hours.

I have with good results. Started with 10mg after Trimix alone started to become less effective. Also did Trimix + Viagra (25mg). After 5 years Trimix just wasn’t getting g it done, now planning on IPP.
