Dr hakky is the go to guy for this...yezterday i had fat pad surgery and dr hakky cut the ligament to make your dick longer...was already 7 inch erect now i gained a inch more...as soon as im healed ill be doun my implant.....any questions u can hit me up..

Chrismc1981, appreciate the offer. What was involved in the fat pad surgery, and how much of a visual length difference did it make ? I had heard that cutting the ligament might make even a very stiff penis very mobile.
What has your experience been ? Have you seen any downside to having this done ?

Hey, did you get just a ligament cut or something else? I heard that the ligament cut only affects flaccid length, not erect.

Doesn't the ligament support the penis when erect? Seems you'd get a downward angle and maybe a "hinge" effect at the base of your penis when erect.

Personally, if I were 7 inches I would not start cutting into things to get length, but YMMV.

you tube doctor guys say ;cutting the ligament makes the flaccid longer , not the erection .

And 7 inch is Plenty good for length . what makes women really go ohhhwww , is fat girth .
