its called bilateral orchiectomy the surgical removal of my testicles

they told me that theres a medicine but that it could be dangerous for heart and liver so they said surgical operation is better in my case.

i was getting better even posted it on here but now everything has crashed down again

implants would be of no use since my testicles will be gone

I believe you'll be able to function normally with weekly testosterone injections, just as many men on TRT do.

I’m so sorry that you’re going through this, dear boy.the advice you’ve been given here is mostly correct, in that testosterone injections will keep you functioning as a man. I know of three fellows who have had double orchiectomies and function quite well

I'm sorry you are going through this.
But, after 2nd and third opinions, if this is your only path, you should still be able to cum.
Your testes only contribute approx 5% of the total volume of semen. They supply hormones but as other note those can be replaced.
