I don’t recall what I was like prior to implant, but now when I sit, my penis retracts to almost nothing. When inflated in a sitting position I have maybe an inch outside. Sex with a woman sitting on my lap would not be possible. It it just me or is this a feature with implants?

nothing to do with implants, the implant is just replacing what you has before.

To me this doensnt seem possibile, especially since you have a 26cm implant

We are all going to be a bit shorter in a fully upright sitting position or leaning forward but 26cm is quite a large implant.
One inch showing sounds unusual, especially for that size. What length are you when standing, lying down or in a relaxed sitting position?
Body type, pubic fat layer or swelling I think would make a difference. Also does the length increase if you thrust your hips forward when sitting?
I don't have much excess weight, but still some residual swelling, and I've found that size can vary depending on what position I'm in.
If I'm cycling in the shower and bend over to do something, my erect dick becomes shorter but probably up to 4 inches remains showing with a 21cm implant.
