Good Afternoon:
I've been using various VED's for a few years now. I am actually about 5 weeks away from IPP surgery so am getting a bit more aggressive with two sessions a day. Lately, I've been having an issue with one of my balls getting sucked into the pump, no matter what sleeve I use. Yes! Major OUCH. Any suggestions as to why this is happening suddenly, and...any advice????
Thanks!

I would recommend this sleeve (comfort pad), I have one of these and I can pump up without ever having my balls sucked in. Just my $.02, give it a shot, I think you'll be surprised.

For me, it helps to keep my body temperature warm, specifically my testicles because this relaxes my scrotum. Hot shower before VED and a space heater towards my junk. I also switched to an elliptical (LA Pump) this slightly increases distance between penis and scrotum. Sometimes I’ll have to give my scrotum a tug to keep it away. Also, once I have a good seal, when I drop pressure on my breaks, I keep it in place and hold at 100 mmHg or less before I pump back up. Hope this helps.
