After multiple years of struggling with ED. The time has come: Scheduled for surgery this week with Dr Clavell. Appreciate the insight brought by all franktalk members. I am ready!
41 yo ED for several years. Coloplast 22 (trimmed 0.5cm), no RTE. Classic on 5/28/25. Dr. Clavell.

40, 1/25 - Coloplast Genesis malleable by Dr. Christine.

To uncircumcised considering MPP:
Subcoronal approach --> high risk of post-op paraphimosis and lifelong preputial edema. Recommend discussing penoscrotal approach.

71 y.o. married from Sydney Oz. PC and nerve sparing RRP 2022, but still profound ED since. Tried pills, injections, shockwave therapy, VED. Finally implanted Mar 6 2025 AMS 700 LGX 21cm x 12mm, no RTEs, MS pump, Penoscrotal.
Recovery going well.

46 yo, ED since 3 years, tried pills. Venous leakage. Implanted 30/04/25 Pr. Andrianne CHU Liège coloplast titan OTR 20 cm +2 cm rte.
Initial measures ( ved 17.5 cm length, +-16 cm length +- 16 cm girth, 4weeks post-op 16cm length)

You picked a great surgeon. Listen to everything he tells you for post op recovery. Don't rush things and everything should be fine. The best of luck tomorrow.

AMS CX, Tenacio, Dr Broghammer (excellent) - pre-op L:7", post-op @ 5 mo L: 6.75" G: 5.5"
2 wks pain, cycling-sex-lifting @ 7 wks, only minor discomfort @ 10 wks, felt like 'new normal' @ 16 wks
