Just venting. No one in real life wants to hear about this so here I am.
I had a reaction to medication for insomnia. Went to ER day 2 but they couldn't get it down. Had shunts 4 days later at another ER.
6 weeks later, I got an IPP.
I lost about 3 inches in length and over an inch in girth. It's the same size inflated as not, it just gets harder. I've now got a micropenis, yay! I got the implant after doctors told me it would allow me to have a normal relationship with my wife. Thats not how it worked out. This is not "normal" My wife won't admit it, but I have a feeling an inflatable micropenis isn't a huge turn on for her. I don't even want to use this thing.
Thanks for reading my rant

Sorry to hear this man...i see you were implanted recently so isn't it an insufficient time to judge ? Since cycling takes months to fully stretch the penis..but honestly 3 inches may be too much that it makes me thinking it might be a malsizing of the implant in the first place. Who's your surgeon ? What size have you ended up with? What was your measured size documented on pre-op chart ?

Re: Depressed with results
Agreed, this is way too early to judge size. Granted, a 3-inch loss in length is a lot to recover, but you should be able to recover at least some if not most of your pre-op length after at least 6, if not 12 months or more of twice-daily cycling. I gained an inch or so from post-op to the one-year mark, where I am now, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. This bionic dick is amazing.
I hope you can relax and let it heal, then begin cycling when your doctor gives you the OK.

ED worsened over 25 years, likely VL. Went through pills and injections, and results faded over time. Implant AMS 700CX, 21 cm, no RTE, on 6/3/24.

With 23cm of penis installed, I don't know how you would end up with a micro penis.
Can you say what you measured?
Something just doesn't sound right.

Yeah, I agree Tomas1, it's way too early. I didn't try to even measure my dick until I started cycling at 6 weeks and at that stage, I could hardly get in 10 pumps from the pain and numbness of my dick. After a couple weeks I measured and I was at around 5 inches. After 6 months I was at 6.25 inches. It definitely takes time.
I have the LGX 18cm with 3cm rear tip extenders. My internal measurements are 10cm proximal (inside my body) 11cm distal (outside my body) and I still have 6.25 inches of Bionic Dick.
Hang in there, you're early in your journey

Hi Bob, very sorry to hear you are going through this. I do think most things in life have a solution one way or another.
Some questions
1- How far up your glans does the implant reach?
2- How long ago was your surgery? Many people report getting their size back up to a year later.
3- I am curios which medication for insomnia was it exactly? I occassionally try different things when i can't sleep so im curious.
4- If it has been over a year from the surgery and size is not back. You could consider switching to a lengt exapnding implant, which might allow you to get your original length back gradually.
Implanted October 11, 2024, Dr Karaman. Infla10 AX 20cm +1cm RTE.

Re: Depressed with results
Dude- based on your signature it looks like you’re very recently implanted. It’s way too early to judge your results. If you got a 21cm plus 2cm rte implant you’ll have an above average penis after six months of cycling. I’m getting my implant in Oct and would be thrilled to be back in the saddle with those numbers. Also, you said that your inflated size is the same as deflated. That doesn’t sound right. Get back to your doctor, you might need help with activating your pump.
Hang in there, keep the brothers posted and come back here for support. Keep cycling!

Hi BobDobbs, Sorry to hear of your priapism episode and recent experience, and I hope things get better for you.
It looks like you are only 4 or 5 weeks post op which is quite early on, and hopefully you will see improvement over time.
It's common to be shorter initially post op but as others have said your implant results seem unusual.
Can you share any more details that might help us understand the problem better?
Looking at the stats in your signature of 21cm +2cm RTEs, which isn't small, I'm struggling to understand how micropenis could be an outcome.
I searched for a definition of micropenis and got "In adults, a stretched penile length of 3.67 inches (9.32 cm) or less"
Is that what you currently have? We all have different anatomies but most will generally fall somewhere around the average.
Do you know your pre-op length and girth, and the proximal (internal) and distal (external) measurements from your implant procedure?
Mine were proximal 10 cm and distal 11 cm resulting in a 21 cm implant, which is 2 cm less than what you have.
Initially I was a bit disappointed and didn't measure length but estimate that I was between 4.5 and 5 inches erect.
After cycling for 10 weeks I'm currently just over 6 inches erect length, which is close to what I've always been.
71 y.o. married from Sydney Oz. PC and nerve sparing RRP 2022, but still profound ED since. Tried pills, injections, shockwave therapy, VED. Finally implanted Mar 6 2025 AMS 700 LGX 21cm x 12mm, no RTEs, MS pump, Penoscrotal.

Re: Depressed with results
You just got it this month. Your signature says 23cm total; that’s the same as mine. You need to cycle for about 8 months to a year to get your length back.
I know it sucks, but in the interim your wife is just going to have to understand.

You have the LGX, which expands. I have the CX which does not. My surgeon told me to accept it will not get larger over time.
Thanks for the input, though.
