My first implant was an LGX that lasted just shy of 6 years. My second was a Titan that lasted two. In November my current Titan will have lasted 3 years so far.
62 yrs old
Implanted 04/14 w/ an LGX 18cm +3
Size 7.6-7.7 in L x 5 G
65 ml res w/45 ml
Revision 04/20
Titan 22 cm Size 7.5 in L x 5.5 G
125 ml res
Revision 11/22
Titan 22 cm + 1 Size 7.5 in L x 5.5 G

Did you see any negative side effects with revisions?

I did lose a very small amount of length but made up for it in girth gains. Also the recovery from both revisions was much less unpleasant than the recovery from the initial implant.
