My pharmacy gives it 6 months as an "expiry Date". I've gone beyond by a month with no noticeable impact. I thaw it, take a dose and refreeze it many time in between.

Expiration dates of a few months are fictitious. I never freeze Trimix - I've used Trimix refrigerated at 40F (4C) for 10 months with no change in effectiveness.

This is my routine as well...I keep it frozen and thaw it to make up about 10 syringes.. I re-freeze the Quad-Mix vial and the syringes I won't be using that day. Haven't had or noticed a problem....I have had some Trimix batches that after 6 months the efficacy seemed to drop off...but I've also had batches that seemed to do the trick after 1 year. I sometimes think that happens due to several factors out of my control from the compound pharmacy...For example; potency of the 3 medications (or 4 for Quad-mix) as well as the age of their medications on hand that they use to create the Trimix/Quad-mix formula.

I've only used one batch of Tri-Mix since it was initially prescribed for me 9 months ago. My routine is to freeze it, and then thaw it for about 10 syringes worth, then refreeze it. I recently traveled for about a month with it so it has gone through a thaw cycle during that travel time that may test whether or not it's still efficacious.
