Rolling the dice again tomorrow, arrival at hospital 730am. The saga of my first attempt (see signature) has been trying enough that I'm more focused on getting the fucking malleable out than any sex--but hopefully I get lots of that, too!

Middle-aged SGM with lifelong ED. AMS 700 CX 21cm + 3.5cm RTEs implanted January 2025 and explanted due to infection February 2025, with salvage. Revision to Coloplast Titan 24cm + 1cm RTE July 2025.

It is uncomfortable in a couple different ways and in my case not useful for penetrative sex.

50. Implanted 5/21/2024 at Kaiser SSF. AMS 700 CX 21cm, 3cm RTE. Penoscrotal. Venous leak my whole life. Pills helped, but hated the side effects; worked less as I aged. Skipped injections. Grateful to bionic brotherhood that helped me make this decision.

good to hear, you're coming back to IPP, I can see it only from my standpoint and I love my IPP dick, which allows to adjust to any situation the chicks and I want. I think, it allows more flexibility in all positions and also if deflated, it doesn't bother in any way.

Mate, your posting name says it all, you’ll be fine. Your mind set is 100% spot on, one step at a time.
I just had an IPP procedure on Monday 21 July. Three days in. Uncomfortable at times but certainly not unbearable. Also just trying to take it one step at a time.
Best of luck with your journey.

Things went well, knock on wood. Just got catheter and drain removed, and was able to pee--albeit sideways. My pee hole is gonna need to rebound
Other than right after surgery whatever pain I have is controlled with Tylenol, Gabapentin, and ketolorac. Size of implant same as before, but now a Titan and a lot fewer RTEs.
I managed to lose the patient information pack with my hard-earned pump key fob. Coloplast is sending another.
