Pre-c-m like fluid following radical / implant

What follows is my inquiry to my surgeon and his response. Some of you other guys may have had the same experience, so here is the answer. My surgeon is Dr Lee Jackson, Chattanooga, TN
Hello Dr Jackson,

You performed my radical back in September 2009. I subsequently had an AMX 700 LGX MS implanted at Vandy on 11/22/2011. It's like being a teenager again.

Question I have: from time to time, especially when very stimulated, I bring forth what I would call "pre-cum" a very viscous water-clear fluid. I believe in reading your OP report that all of my parts were removed including the seminal vesicles. In doing reading, I was left with the impression that this fluid is typically comes from the Cowper's glands which are imbedded in the prostate.

Please give me a brief education of the male repro system !

You are seeing some secretions from glands in the urethra.
