Can an inflatable correct 15 degree curving?

Postby snake_jazzer » Fri Aug 08, 2025 7:52 pm

Hi All,
I wonder if a tiny (however progressive) dorsal downward curvature (10/15 degrees) would improve after getting an inflatable implant?
37yo with venous leak and arterial insufficiency since I was 18yo due to a motorcycle accident. Pills started to be unreliable even at max dosage. Tried PRP and Shockwaves with no luck. Considering getting an inflatable with Dr. Antonini soon.

snake_jazzer, I can't answer your question directly, but, FWIW, I've read numerous posts about guys with PD who benefited from an combination of the implant and surgical methods used during the procedure to address this.

This link got alot of insightful videos on pyeronie's, curvatures and implantation.

It's good to have a background before meeting with your surgeon.

It is my understanding that an implant will substantially reduce curvature.
Especially the minimal degree you are describing. Talk to a high volume Dr.

Good luck

Yes, my first implant was a Titan and it did straighten out my curve quite a bit, I would say I got 90-95% back straight with the Titan.
