Hopefully Dr Hakky will let you know what implant he put inside you, what size he used and if he used any rear tip extenders.

Ice, Ice, Ice That is, if he did the penoscrotal procedure on you, where they cut your scrotum to install the IPP. It won't be as bad if he did the infrapubic approach, going in above your penis and below your belly button.

A lot of guys use different things to ice their scrotum down, I used gel ice packs that have cloth covers. I use to use them for my knees before I got total knee replacement. To me they work well because they are flexible and they don't get super cold having the cloth around them.

He used a 22cm and 1 inch tip extender.cololpast titan ..he went above my penis ..i still have all feeling in my dick.used a ved for a yr prior..he cut ligament and did fat pad removal 3 months ago. Im 30%inflated now and go next tuesday to start cycling..havnt took nothing since 8am this morning for pain but have it on hand if need be

Havnt long any length..im not really swollen either.dr hakky said i was easy to do bc of using pump for a yr..

That's great news Chris. I read about your earlier struggle with ED and related issues, sounds like a really good outcome.
Even if there's no pain now don't hesitate to take pain relief if you find that you need it eventually.
I also used a VED for more than a year and I think it really helped.
Look after yourself and take the time to let your body recover and get used to the implant.

Chrismc, it was hard enough for me to have a limp dick for 3 months after I had my prostrate procedure before getting my implant.
I had the Boston Scientefic Rezum procedure to reduce the size of my benign enlarged prostrate, but the steam injections that kill prostrate tissue must have hit some nerves down there.
Nothing would work to give me a boner.
I tried using a VED with compression rings, which did make my dick big, but when I would pop the compression ring on my dick would turn purple and cold and I just couldn’t penetrate my wife. It was so depressing to have an unusable dick for 3 months, I can’t imagine what you went through for 2 years.
So I just used the VED twice a day to stretch my dick before my surgery.

P.S. My brother lives North west of Atlanta, I’ve never asked him, if his dick is still operational, he’s 65 now.
