Are implants length restricted to your flaccid state dimensions?

In flaccid state I am smaller than average I would say. But when erect, it's definitely bigger than average both length and girth.
I guess I have a big range going from flaccid to hard on.

How does this work with an implant? Will it be restricted to fit comfortably inside me when flaccid? Will that greatly decrease my erect state length because they need to use shorter tubes? Or do the tubes expand length wise while they inflate?

So do they make your penis as erect as it can get when putting in the implant? Curious as well. I have a similar issue. Definitely more of a grower. And obviously with ed some days and erections are better. Thanks for any feedback

Yes, they induce an erection by injecting saline. When they dilate the cavernosa to measure size, they stretch the space gently. If you take your penis and stretch it to full length, that should be approximately where you’ll end up, length-wise. There might be a couple cm loss at first, but as you cycle the implant you should stretch back out to approximately the same length in 2-12 months.

Using a VED for as long as possible before surgery will help stretch your tissues and make sire you get the best length and girth possible.

This is how you'll be measured. You'll be sedated. Your whole body is now relaxed. An incision is made in your corpra. A tool with a ball on the end is inserted into the corpra. It is pushed into your penis head until it starts to tent. There is a measuring scale on the shaft of the tool. That measurement is recorded. Tool is reversed & process is repeated going down.
The two numbers are added together. An implant is selected the same lenght. If you're between sizes. The smaller is used. A nurse on what is called the back table then preps it. Assembles any RTE's that are needed to reach the size measured. It is all very scientific & precise. Anybody that tells you a different story had better tell you where they got their version or they're lying.

Search YouTube. There are lots of videos on installing the two major brands used in the US. You can see it yourself. Don't take my word for it. Btw, make sure that you watch a surgery that was done in the USA.

Perito uses a large syringe prior to any incisions to inject saline directly into the cavernosa and by the look of the videos presses as hard as they can to stretch out the tissue just prior to incisions. Then do measurements as previous post says.
