Starting Trimix; basic questions

I’ll be picking up my first vial of Trimix in a few days and have a few basic questions.
First, I don’t plan to be using Trimix every time, as recent experiences have shown that I can do just fine with 5 mg daily Cialis alone. I want to learn how to use it so I can hold it in reserve for high stress nights like vacation nights away from home. I plan to use it maybe 1-2 times a month once I figure out my dosing and injection, just to keep in practice and have the occasional fun time being “invincible”.
How long will Trimix keep frozen? I’d like to stretch out my vial as long as possible. And is it possible to preload syringes and freeze them until needed? That feels like the ideal situation for me, barring some other injectable that just keeps longer (do any such things exist?)

There is a lot of discussion in this forum about storing and freezing TriMix. I am on my first vial which I opened 9 months ago. I keep it frozen and (about) every 2 months I unfreeze it, fill some syringes and refeeze it. The syringes go into the freezer and I move one from the freezer to the refrigerator to be ready for the next use. Potency seems not to be diminished.

I have been using trimix for 5 years slowly had to increase from 10 units to 25 units over the years i pre fill syringes and freeze all the trimix i store in plastic tubes i got on Amazon thaw and use as needed i have used trimix that has been frozen up to 9 months with no problem my next order of trimix I'm going to move up to a higher dose so i don't need to use as much im using 30-1-25 now going to move up to 30-3-30 usually stay hard for 1 to 1-1/2 hours then gradually go down for the next 3 hours any time ai get a new dosage i start at 5 units move up 5 units at a time until i get the results i want i have moved up in dosage 3 times in 5 years this stuff is great rock hard with no side affects

I never freeze Trimix - I just keep it refrigerated at 40F (4C). I've gone on 4-5 day trips with it warming up to room temperature the first day with no change in effectiveness.
