Well, here we are!
1 sleep before showtime!
My Uber picks me up at 6:30 tomorrow and im hoping to be firmly planted back on my sofa by 12:30.
Im a little nervous as I've had no surgery except when I was born but really im more excited and ready to get into and through this.
Thanks again to all of you for making this forum what it is. I really doubt I would have taken this leap without this group.

Tried everything as things progressed:
Pills, pumps, prp, trt, gainswave, peptides, trimix, quadmix and a vibrating ring.

57 year old happily married. “Nerve sparing” RP in 2022. Several years of pills, pumps and promises. Patiently awaiting my October 9th implant surgery. Currently 6.5”x5.5”. Let’s get pumping.-

Well, everything went according to plan.
Uber at 6:30.
Got there at 7. Surgery at 9. Out the door at 12.
Medical transport was waiting and getting home was easy.
I ate sushi and slept on my sofa for the rest if the day.
So far all I've taken is Tylenol.
Peeing is... not easy.
And im really tender and sore but nothing unbearable.
And I underestimated how not-easy it is to conceal my 8 inch mummy wrap sticking straight of the front of me while my daughters are around.
As far as first days go, this was not so bad and I can't wait for more healing! Sonfar I think its all gonna be worth

Finally implanted Mar 6 2025 AMS 700 LGX 21cm x 12mm, no RTEs, MS pump, Penoscrotal.
Recovery great so far but have a bend.
