Engorgement At Max Inflation

Hey guys

I’m just wondering if overtime it becomes easier to engorge your glands when inflated to the maximum? I’ve been cycling for 3 weeks now and probably still can’t pump to the max without a lot of pain and definitely no engorgement (hope this means things are stretching). I can get decent engorgement when I’m at 50-60% and there’s no pain though.

I’ve got to agree with this, give it some time. It took me almost a year before I began to experience actual engorgement when fully pumped. If I’m recalling things correctly it really began to improve once I had recovered most of my size.
There are pills and gels that can jump start the process, but nature seems to take a bit longer when left to its own devices.

I am at 14 months post surgery....

Just about a week ago, I had my first real experience almost like a natural erection, without me inflating my Titan, I got a partial erection with glands and was able to have a nice session and climax without pumping.

Maybe not hard enough for penitration, but thats ok, it just shows some things still work naturally.

I'm pretty sure glans engorgement comes from arousal not pumped inflation. Get aroused & I bet you'll get glans engorgement.

Yes that's my understanding also. My uro told me to expect soft glans as the implant won't fix that.
That said the glans has its own blood supply and can become engorged with arousal.
It may be that pumping to 100% is a psychological trigger for some of us that can help cause arousal.
My experience is that when very sexually aroused I now sometimes get glans engorgement leading up to orgasm.
When it happens my whole shaft and glans engorges, becomes hard as a rock and feels great.
That's the sort of happy ending I really enjoy to finish a good fuck, but it isn't consistently that intense.

Jsmith194589, FWIW -- I'm 6+ months post-op and get good engorgement at 85%-95% inflation, which is sufficient for PIV. That also gives better sensation, no pain, and my wife likes it better because it feels more natural inside her. The relationship between %-inflated, engorgement, sensation, and pain improved a lot between months 4 to 6.

Yes, very difficult to become aroused if it really hurts, but I can push through mild discomfort and still enjoy it. For me it was way too painful to attempt PIV sex until around 8 weeks, and didn't start to feel comfortable until I think at least 10 weeks or so. Even then it was hit and miss for quite a while. Now it's great but I still need to be in the mood to become aroused and engorged.

When you say 8 weeks and 10 weeks is that the time after the transplant or the time that you have cycled?
