When your penis seems too short for PIV

There is more to sex than an erect penis. How do you maintain your sexuality both for yourself and for your partner? What techniques do you use to give both of you a great, satisfying sex life? How do you explore your own body and sexuality now that the rules have changed?

When your penis seems too short for PIV

Postby Woodicould » Thu Aug 28, 2025 10:40 am

Lately the wife and I have trouble with me getting into her. She is heavy set. I have to take Cialis to get hard and when hard I am only about 4 inches or a little more. We mostly do missionary. Last night after missionary failed, we tried me standing by the side of the bed and her at the edge. That was not successful either. She doesn't want to get on top of me because of her weigh and also she has artificial knees. I am also using a Xialla.
Any suggestions as to how I might be able to get a bit more length? Pump more? Use injections? Get a strap on?
If others have had this problem and found a solution, I would like to hear it.
Thanks.

You could try a wedge to lift her bottom up. There are penis extenders worn like a condom to gain inches. A strap on would satisfy her but like an extender you get nothing. Also consider a sex swing if you have a place to mount one. A good one will hold 400+ pounds if hung from a ceiling joist. Adjust the height so your penis is pointing straight into her vagina.

Woodicould, are you using a VED ? If so, is it providing additional length ?

I am not using a penis pump regularly, but trying to start. I have a friend who says 4 to 5 days a week is good.
Thanks for the other suggestions.

Pillows and a sex swing, securely mounted. Both of you go for a short walk, hold hands. This will build intimacy and rev you both up. Walk a little more, make it a habit. When you can't get it in, just rub your parts together like you love it and you will. Work on flexibility together. Do not blame each other, just get it on. "Work with what you have got".Have fun, that's what it is all about.
