Flaccid Hang

Gentelmen, I am now 2 weeks post op. things have gone pretty good. I still have more soreness than I would like in the scrotum, this tells me I am not quite ready to cycle. I had my 2 week check up and Dr said everything looked and checked out great. I was partiallly inflatedand Dr wanted to deflate all the way. That was quite painful. However now that I am said to be deflated I am pointing out at 4 o'clock. It doesnt look natural at all. My question. In time does this thing break in and give a more natural flaccid hang. To me it looks like an erection with a 4pm hang angle. I'm hoping it will break in an soften, giving a more natural look. We like to go to nudist events and right now I would not go due to this current problem. For reference I have a 22cm Coloplast titan, no RTE's Thanks for advice and opinion.

I have an AMS LGX of similar length but I know the Coloplast Titan has different properties.
At ~6 months mine hangs fairly naturally at around 5:30 pm but there is always some residual engorgement from the fluid that stays in the cylinders.
I can squeeze my dick and it will deflate further, and hang at a lower angle but will eventually find its own level again.

Some thoughts:
Have you tried to deflate it further yourself?
Maybe try squeezing it (carefully) and see what happens.
Have you lost any length from the surgery? If so it may come back with cycling and eventually give you a better flaccid hang.
Some guys do stick out a bit naturally, even when flaccid.

I was a strong 6.5 pre. IPP. Flaccid I dont what I was but a grower for sure. Now I am 5 flaccid. I have yet to cycle so not sure where I will end up. I just dont think the way it is now it looks natural at all.

I’m avg size and just recently my dick is limber enough to shake after whizzing and settling down. I’ve read here that guys will actually put a couple pumps in to prevent dog ears.

It'll never look as flaccid as it did before the implant but it'll get somewhat more relaxed over time

The answer is YES! It will definitely get softer by a bunch and yes it will hang more naturally. Keep in mind you are a shower now. A lot of the issue is you never had a shower dick. I have a 20 plus 1 titan and always was a 3-4” grower so always small when flaccid. Now my flaccid is around 5-1/2 to 6 inch. And I’m just shy of 7” fully pumped up. Another thing is as the cylinders break in and get softer you will learn how to fully deflate. Unless your Dr squeezed it a lot while deflating your still prob 20% inflated. If I just hold the deflated button in til it all equalizes I hang pretty long and look like I have a mediocre erection. When I squeeze it out I can get it too much deflated where it looks flat and awkward. You will learn as it goes to find your happy place where it looks good and is comfortable…. But, you have many more months to go. I wasn’t comfortable with the appearance until around 6 months and I feel it was as much me getting used to seeing a shower as it was how it actually looked. Hang in there. Time and cycling will get you there….

My Titan became more natural for me. It is still 6 inches flaccid now, 7 erect. It is comfortable and does not poke out. It is however just there. I’ve stopped paying attention to people glancing over at it. I wore lighter colored pants the other day and a woman abruptly approached me and complimented my appearance. Oh well. There is a tradeoff. Either way, yes, it softens up and hangs more naturally in time.

I’m in my early days of cycling also. Just a thought and a question.

When I deflate and squeeze the dick to deflate it obviously goes soft. But a little while later (I’m guessing) it naturally fills up a bit because the pump valve is open and gets some back flow from the reservoir. Combination of gravity and finding its own natural level. Gets that semi erect feeling. To me at the moment it feels annoyingly uncomfortable.

I am wanting to get a smallest natural flaccid look. To do this I considering doing the following. Deflate and squeeze as much as possible fluid out of penis. Have it really deflated but just squeeze the pump once. Logic being that it would lock the valve and stop anymore liquid back filling into the penis from the reservoir.
Does this make sense?

I am hoping that this process would not have a negative longer term negative ramifications for the lifecycle of the IPP equipment.

Or is there a better way to get the smallest possible flaccid penis outcome?
