Five and a half months after the implant, possible prosthesis failure

In March, I had the prosthesis replacement, and I think it failed this week. I know it can happen, that a failure in the mechanism is something that can happen, but right now I'm devastated.
At 15-16 curvature, hourglass
At 27 Peyronie's diagnosis
2006 malleable AMS incorrectly implanted
2008 EXCEL MENTOR. Infection? It was explanted
2009 TITAN 18 CM
2025 TITAN 20 CM +2

That sucks. What are the symptoms that lead you to believe it failed? Who is your surgeon?
58yo Coloplast Titan implant scheduled for 10/23/2025 with Dr. Hakky. Pre-op erect measurements:
8.5"L and 6.5"C
