Trouble finishing on Trimix

Did anyone here have trouble having an orgasm on trimix, and was that improved with an implant? I am on quadmix and I can’t finish during intercourse. Maybe because of the dull ache in my erection caused by the drug.

My ability to orgasm from PIV sex has declined steadily over years on Trimix, I have not been able to finish that way for over a year.

I was having trouble finishing on TriMix, and after the implant the trouble increased. I discovered it was due to taking sertraline (Zoloft), and such
SSRIs notoriously inhibit the ability to orgasm. It only took a week off of it to get somewhat back to normal. I still have some trouble, but nowhere near what I had when I was on sertraline, even though it was a low dose.

What’s the underlying reason Trimix can lead to anorgasmia, could the rigidity itself be compressing the nerves?

Inflating the IPP to 80% rigidity aka malleable rigidity is one anecdotal solution. Does reaching climax become easier with reduced erection? Or is it plain pseudoscience?

Hey. So my experience was similar with trimix. Bimix was easier to finish for me because it didn't cause the painful erections that trimix did. In fact I hated trimix & only used it a handful of times at the end before implant. That was only because the compound pharmacy i used stopped making bimix. I did start to develop some scar tissue making it difficult to inject though too.

Anyways once implanted & healed now I can orgasm much easier. I did notice a huge difference when I discontinued Seroquel as well. I have since started trazadone for sleep but can still finish, albeit not as quick as the couple months I was off everything.

Last night we had wild sex on vacation & it took a little longer to cum but we were both pretty intoxicated lol. It was great though & to me it sounds like implant is worth considering because if injections are preventing orgasm there's not much to lose. Some guys have difficulty orgasming post implant & some don't. Myself I did for the. First. Few months but got way better after that. My experience has been worth it & wishing you luck!
