Rigidity - LGX vs Titan / CX

Postby Jsmith194589 » Tue Sep 16, 2025 8:51 pm

Has anyone had experience with both the AMS LGX and Coloplast Titan or AMS CX?

I’m wondering how significant the difference in rigidity is?

Both implants pump up harder than a natural erection so the question is kind of less important than you think as lead pipe is lead pipe. The greatest differences are girth, Titan wins, and flaccid normalcy which goes to the LGX. Can’t help as far as the CX, I’ve never had one.

Thanks. I noticed you were slightly longer with the LGX?

I question my recall when making comparisons like this, but I believe the Titan is a huge winner in the rigidity game. Thing is hard as a rock and not becoming less hard from Perito's THE exercise like the LGX very much did.

Thanks 2435tjklAS. Did you notice any buckling at all during the cowgirl position? Also, did you notice any length gain from the LGX vs the Titan?

I had to ask AI to help me understood what buckling meant in this context, but no, I have not had that problem whatsoever. First I'm putting in lots of effort inflating to the absolute max, which makes it painful but larger, and ChatGBT tells me also minimizes the chances of buckling. In that position it's a little uncomfortable for both of us from her attempting to sit on something that long that's hard as a rock. I'm very sore the rest of the night. But there's been no bending.

For length LGX is a clear winner. Went from 8.75" to 9" while inflated and up to 9.5" with peak arousal from LGX. Replacing it with Titan has been hard to evaluate about length, as it's 9" stretched flaccid and getting close to there at max inflation and arousal, but I don't know if it'll get back to much over 9", and I don't know if that's my fault for taking like a month to start cycling cause I couldn't figure out how to deflate it, ugh. Or if LGX just stretched it past its maximum and Titan got it back to a bit over pre-implant length. Either way if I stay at 9" or get back to over 9", I think I'll be okay regardless. LOL. :)

Yeah anyone would be wrapped with 9 inches. I’ve scheduled to get a revision from the Rigicon X to AX solely because of its length expansion feature as I’m not overly long. I’m just questioning whether the potential for increased length is worth the trade off in rigidity.

Jsmith, I was longer, about 3 tenths of an inch longer. I felt like it was a more than fair trade for the girth upgrade.

Here is a video where Dr Hakki compares LGX, CX, and Titan. Around 6:15 mark he demonstrates rigidity. Seems like CX and Titan are far more rigid than the LGX.

I have a Titan but most guys with LGXs report being able to get stiffer than a regular erection. Be
57yo, NYC. ED started at 40. Pills, then shots for 10 years. 24cm Coloplast Titan XL w/classic pump by Dr Eid 3/25/2025. Will meet for show & tell.

Some axial rigidity (buckling load) numbers from studies ....FWIW.

Studies are based on average effects. Anecdotal reports might vary.
