Hi.. just 3 questions...
1. A uro told me I can use trimix every day. I always thought I can only use it 3 days/week. Has anyone here used trimix every day?
2. I injected trimix this afternoon and it failed likely because I need a higher dose. Is it safe t inject again today at a higher dose?
2. I live in NYC and received my trimix from a compound pharmacy from Florida. It was delivered the next morning. Although it came with 2 ice packs in a sealed shiny bag it was liquidy. Do you think theres a problem with it?

Re: Can I use Trimix every day?
The ice packs are just supposed to keep it cold, not frozen. It's ok.
I've occasionally injected two days in a row with no problems, but only after a complete miss the first day. It's probably too risky to inject more if you don't get a full erection the first time.

I agree that "liquidy" is not a problem - that's what I'd expect.
I've had a couple of instances of a complete miss that I've followed up with a second injection within minutes. But, I am confident that they were total misses and I'd only proceed with a 2nd shot if I had the phenylephrine antidote handy (which I always do).

How can you have phenylephrine handy if only hospitals are allowed to carry it?

The doctor told me it's ok to inject every day to get erect.. She never implied anything about misses.
Also, I kept my trimix out of the freezer for 20 minutes. Is this ok or should I buy a new trimix?

You are misinformed.

Re: Can I use Trimix every day?
For what it's worth. I was on bimix for 2 years. I was using it mostly 3-4x per week. Some times I'd use it for 2-3 days in a row. In those couple years on it I injected 2x in one day only 3 times, due to a miss or not getting enough reaction.
I eventually developed scar tissue at injection sites, which was these little hard lumps you could feel. I always used an auto injector & it eventually became very hard to inject. The injector could not push the liquid in & it got very difficult to do. I hated the inconsistency & it got more stressful. Which being honest, using a needle every time you want to have sex is stressful enough & just sucks anyway.
Long story short, it started to cause Peyronie's disease which I found out is fairly common when using injections. My advise would be to try to stick to the recommended 3ish times per week to avoid what happened to me. I ended up getting an implant, which I love & is a lot easier all around. I do know with bimix though you don't even have to refrigerate. The few times I use trimix (which has to remain cold) it gave me a dull pain with erection which really sucked.
Anyway, best of luck man!

Macoza: You worry too much about Trimix warming. In eight years of injecting, I've never frozen it. I've injected six-month-old Trimix kept refrigerated (not frozen) at 40F=4C with no change in effectiveness. I've gone on trips with Trimix at room temperature for 4-5 days with no change in effectiveness.
In my opinion, the guys who freeze it are doing unnecessary work.

No offense but that doesnt make sense if pharmacies are keeping and strongly advocating trimix to stay frozen. Why would pharmacies keep this frozen then?
