Viagra High Dose Every Day

Can you take a high dose of Viagra every day or most days?

I have venous leak and I'm at the end of the road. Shots as a standalone treatment don't yield the best result - the base often feels weak and soft after an injection.

Mixing Viagra 100mg + injection gives me a better chance of a very good result.

I recently got a great result from 100mg of Viagra as a standalone treatment with no adjunctive injection. This made me happy so I'd like to experiment and see if 100mg of Viagra can help me achieve erections every day.

Is it safe for me to take 100mg every day or most days, and maybe sometimes twice a day? I would plan on pumping once or twice a week because I do that as well anyway, and I'd also probably use the occasional injection as well on top of the pills. Is it safe to run this experiment?

The only other option I have here is an implant.

I would think taking Viagra 100mg daily would eventually have some negative effect on your system.

If you have used Viagra and injections with no negative results why don't you just do that on the days you are planning on having sex?

Better yet maybe get your urologist to adjust your trimix mixture to a stronger mix and skip the Viagra all together ?

This is the dance of ED treatments. For a lot of us our ED continues to progress and we need to keep making adjustments.

Talk to your urologist about the impact of daily high dose Viagra. It’s possible the metabolites of Viagra are active to some degree and last longer than a day. If so, they could build up over time. Maybe causing problems. Maybe not?

Daily Cialis is certainly OK. I take 10mg a day and it is useful for engorgement. I’ve been implanted for 6 months but was taking daily cialis along with injections for a couple years.

I also found that a decent quality sex shop cock ring slowed down my venous leak and helped as well.

For the last year or two I was using daily cialis, a huge shot of the highest concentration of Papaverine/Phentolamine/Atropine my compounding pharmacy could make, a full 100units or 1ml or 1cc. And I was using a good cockring as well. That got me good results. The duration of the results diminished over time as my ED progressed. When it was done to about 20 minutes I got implanted.

Also ask your doc about changing your injection to include Papaverine and Phentolomine. See what they say.

How do you feel about your implant?
Cock rings don't work with me and I'm not prepared to fumble around with any more treatment plans at this stage. It frequent high dose Viagra mixed with occasional injections works well enough for my peace of mind I'll run with it for the time being. Daily Cialis didn't do much for me in the past.

I'm 35 single and have never had a girlfriend so I can't afford to be messing around like this for much longer.

Also in Ireland and UK we don't get any of those injections, all we have is alprostadil and I'm on the strongest shot of that already.

How do you feel about your implant?

I really love it. My surgery was 6 months the ago and I’ve had a really easy recovery and excellent result. I didn’t lose any length and kept nearly all of my girth. I’m currently 7 3/8” length and 6 1/4” girth. I have a Coloplast Titan 24cm with a classic pump.

I had been on the forum here for a while and had numerous text chats in the chat function with implanted guys to get answers to my questions. I had a couple video chat demonstrations of how it looks deflated and the process of pumping up. And I met in person with a couple guys for an in person show and tell. The in person show and tell really convinced me it was the right course of action for me. Particularly since they had been implanted by the surgeon I would be using.

Now I can be as hard as I want, for as long as I want, whenever I want. No more missed opportunities because I didn’t have my shots with me when the opportunity for sex came up.

Sex even feels better to me. I lost no sensation at all but my brain interprets the hard rigidity of the implant as “OH MY GOD I’M SO TURNED ON!!”

I have no regrets, including the time I was using injections. When I was finally ready for implant it was time.

Do your research about available surgeons. Schedule consults with them. Meet with as many implanted guys as Iyoucan to really see what it looks like in person. Then you can make your decision about whether or not it is right for you.

towards the end of my ED story i started having to take Viagra and cialis together. I would be chugging 100MG pills and 40MG of cialis together just to get my dick to work some what. Never had any type of low blood pressure issues in my case. But supposedly if you take too much it can dip your blood pressure too much. Again i never experienced that. Also Viagra lasts 4-6 hours. Ive taken 100MG twice in one day. If it doesn't make your dick work then its not in your system anymore. In the end i became tired of eating these pills like candy and tried the trimix shot. Absolutely horrendous. The pain i experienced was like having blue balls times 10. That pain lasted 5 hours. I decided i would never try those injections ever again and had a Titan Coloplast XL installed.

Recovery absolutely sucked. But my dick is harder than any normal god given dick. and i can keep going after having an orgasm.

I still take 5mg of cialis daily just to help my head and undershaft fill with blood. But id do it all again. Even after all the pain i went through recovering, cycling, etc etc.

I would have no problem travelling 2 months after surgery. None whatsoever. I had an easier recovery than most it seems. I took no narcotic pain pills after the first day (and I don’t think those were necessary). I stayed in bed a lot for the first three days (docs suggestion) and slowly started increasing acting. A brief walk, then feet up. A bit more later, then feet up and heating pad on.

I was back to work on day 11. Got my feet up whenever possible and rested, went to bed early.

I was back in the gym around day 14, VERY easy. Walked on the treadmill. Light hand weights. Nothing core/abs yet. Slowly increased activity.

Got the green light for sex at week three and at day 7 was told that gentle solo would be OK whenever I felt ready.
Gentle solo happened at day 9. Sex happened at week 5. Vigorous sex that felt great and wasn’t too sore after by 2 months for sure.

Going on a trip at 2 months would be fine. But talk with your surgeon.

I say, go for it.
